Overview Worth Hearing Center is hiring a full-time Audiology Clinical Technician for our local, community-oriented practices in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

As an Audiology Clinical Technician, you will support the practice in maintaining our high level of access to patient care. In performing your duties – under the direction and supervision of our licensed Audiologists – you will create increased efficiency across the practice by minimizing wait times and enhancing patient satisfaction.

About the Position:

The Clinical Technician will be responsible for

· Setting up the exam rooms

· Rooming patients

· Prepping patients for audiological tests

· Managing new hearing aid orders and repairs

· Routine patient care including hearing device cleaning and maintenance

· Inventory control

· Supporting the front office when needed

Salary & Benefits:

· Competitive hourly rate $19-$20 plus potential for results-based compensation plan after 90-days of employment;

· The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care;

· A dedication to helping those with hearing loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, brain injury, as well as those who are not mobile or have limited mobility.
