Duties
- Identify and recruit eligible patients through healthcare provider collaborations, patient database searches and targeted advertising campaigns.
- Screen potential participants by reviewing medical histories, conducting interviews, and assessing eligibility criteria in accordance with study protocols.
- Educate patients about the purpose, and benefits of clinical trials.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, patient interactions.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, GCP standards, and protocol requirements during patient interactions.
- Assist in managing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems for efficient data collection and tracking of patient information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient recruitment or related healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse patient populations and healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with statistical software, data management tools.
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines a plus.
- Spanish speaking also a plus.
