Overview
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and assist the supervisor in managing warehouse staff. This role helps coordinate daily tasks, ensure productivity, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
- Assign and monitor tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
- Report operational issues to supervisors or management
- Help train new warehouse employees
Skills
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Team lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (WMS experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
