Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient workflow execution.
- Supervise warehouse supervisors and frontline staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established control procedures to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
- Coordinate dispatching and internal logistics activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, forklift safety standards, and company warehouse policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, order accuracy, and labor efficiency to maintain operational performance.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements to enhance workflow and service levels.
- Develop workforce schedules and staffing plans to optimize labor utilization and meet operational demands.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic inventory control procedures.
- Ability to monitor and interpret operational KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and labor efficiency.
- Solid leadership skills with experience supervising frontline teams and warehouse supervisors.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and forklift safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting and operational tracking.
- Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
