By maintaining clean data, completing administrative activities, and supporting compliance-focused processes, the Account Coordinator helps enable efficient service delivery and a positive experience for both clients and workers.
This is a hybrid role: Monday and Wednesday are in the office and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are work from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately enter and maintain contingent worker assignment data across required systems
- Update records relating to assignments, pay rates, and worker status changes
- Ensure all required fields and documentation are complete ahead of payroll and invoicing cycles
- Perform routine audits of onboarding and assignment data to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Correct data inconsistencies or escalate issues to Account Specialists when needed
- Initiate onboarding workflows and prepare required documentation based on client requisitions
- Track and support the collection of onboarding documentation to ensure completeness
- Assist with pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings
- Prepare onboarding files for Account Specialist review and completion
- Execute standardised processes in line with company and client requirements
- Monitor onboarding progress and flag risks, delays, or missing items
- Partner closely with Account Specialists to prioritise and complete daily tasks
- Respond to internal enquiries and route external enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in data accuracy
- Is organised, task-focused, and comfortable following structured processes
- Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally in writing
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting team success
- Has 0–2 years’ experience in an administrative, HR, payroll, or data entry role (preferred)
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office systems
- Has experience working in a process-driven or compliance-focused environment (a plus)
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential)
