Required:
* 1 year customer service experience
* Computer skills - typing and data entry

Preferred:
* High school diploma/GED
* 1 year medical office experience
Duties Include:
* Greet the public, assist individuals in becoming established patients and keeping information up to date on established patients
* Communicate with office staff to allow for an efficient running office
* Answer multi-line telephone systems, document messages, transfer to appropriate staff and triage for urgency
* Working knowledge of insurance plans and identifying copays to be collected, post patient payments and reconcile daily (employer has software that assists with this process)
* Appointment rescheduling as needed
* Checking patients into appointments and scheduling their follow-up appointments along with transmitting any diagnostic imaging or laboratory orders
Hours:
* Business is open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - Noon

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
