Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- No experience required, employer will train
- Current Food Handler's card or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
Employer Notes:
- Growth opportunities into Crew Lead and Management positions
- Food truck travels to Marion, Polk, Linn, Benton and on rare occasion, Lincoln Counties. On rare occasion need for an overnight stay (employer covers hotel costs)
- This position reports to the work site of where the food truck is located for the day. Depending on distance from Salem, OR; mileage reimbursed

- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, around fryers and in warm conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who enjoys interacting with customers
Wages and Schedule
- $16 tips (average earnings of $23 - $30 per hour, when tips are included)
- Wage and performance review after 90 days, potentially sooner based on demonstrated skills and work ethics
- Full time, year-round. Need to have open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Typical shift is 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 5 days per week. Will vary based on business needs
