This is an AMAZING opportunity FOR YOU to work for a RESULTS FOCUSED organization in the Fitness Industry where we pay commissions and bonuses on your performance! Which means you can make extra $ by making sales and offering Buddy Referrals!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in all members making them feel welcome and important
- Selling and setting up new memberships
- Promoting and gaining Buddy Referrals from existing Members
- Conducting guest tours
- Assisting with club’s daily cleaning and other tidying tasks as assigned
- Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
- Learning and adhering to our processes and procedures
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Making outbound follow up phone calls on your portioned incoming leads from web
Candidate Requirements:
- Always display a positive, upbeat, outgoing and courteous personality.
- Desired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
- A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends.
- Previous gym experience preferred but not required
