Front Desk Personnel – Part-Time
Pay: $12-16
Location: In person
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated Front Desk Personnel to join our team! Ideal candidates will have a basic knowledge of fitness, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude. This role requires flexibility with scheduling, a willingness to jump in where needed, and pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, manage check-ins, and handle basic administrative duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, lobby, restrooms, and common areas throughout each shift
- Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed to uphold facility standards
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Help promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the facility
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid certifications (we will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative
- Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends
- References required and will be verified
