Position Details
- Position: Front Desk Associate (Opening Shift)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
- Signing Bonus: $250 paid on first check | $250 paid at 90 days
As the opening Front Desk Associate, you'll help ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for members each morning.
Responsibilities include:
- Open the facility and complete all opening procedures
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check members in and assist with account questions
- Process memberships, guest passes, retail purchases, and other transactions
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform light cleaning throughout the facility, including wiping equipment, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and maintaining common areas
- Complete opening facility inspections
- Assist members with facility information, amenities, and policies
- Monitor facility access to ensure member safety and security
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as assigned
- Promote memberships, programs, and upcoming events
- Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an outstanding member experience
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work the scheduled opening shift Monday through Friday
