Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all bowling operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining Five Iron’s standards of excellence.
- Manage and maintain bowling equipment, regularly inspecting lanes, machinery, and all associated gear for safety and performance.
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate bowling staff, fostering a positive team culture and continuous professional growth.
- Organize and promote bowling tournaments, leagues, and special events to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and on-site marketing.
- Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and make fiscally responsible decisions that maximize profitability.
- Develop customer service strategies, resolve guest concerns, and cultivate a welcoming environment for players of all levels.
- Proven leadership experience in bowling, hospitality, or entertainment management.
- Understanding of bowling operations, equipment, and facility management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead diverse teams.
- Experience organizing leagues, tournaments, or special events preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and growing a unique entertainment brand.
