- Lead Issue Triage & Coordination by organizing and facilitating weekly cross-functional engineering triage meetings, tracking anomalies and data discrepancies.
- Execute the Weekly Validation Process to verify that Mapping Updates meet safety, quality, and system performance criteria before deployment.
- Manage System Readiness Datasets, auditing and updating critical datasets for software evaluation and mapping deployment readiness.
- Develop Mapping Status & Quality Reporting to generate comprehensive progress and health reports on Mapping Updates.
- Track Project & Performance Metrics to compile regular performance metrics and status updates aligning with autonomy software release timelines.
- 1–3 years of experience in system test engineering support, project coordination, data operations, or a similar analytical framework.
- Proficiency with Python for data manipulation, log analysis, or automation of data-tracking tasks.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance scripting and data processing.
- Strong track record of managing repeatable workflows with attention to detail and experience with issue reporting tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead technical agendas and distill complex data into reports.
