- Partner with Sales leadership to track pipeline performance, pitch velocity, and overall sales productivity to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyze paid and organic marketing performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights and recommend strategic improvements across sales and marketing efforts
- Analyze large datasets related to sales activity, customer behavior, and marketing initiatives using SQL (BigQuery preferred) and CRM reporting tools
- Develop ad hoc analyses to support business needs, including customer segmentation, engagement trends, and lifetime value insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Consulting within a digital advertising or marketing environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred); Python experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and dashboard development; familiarity with marketing automation and sales engagement tools is a plus
