REVENUE STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Los Angeles, California

Compensation Range: $75 - 80 per hour

Join the Revenue Strategy and Operations team to drive high-level impact across our sales and marketing organizations. You will play a pivotal role in providing business insights, developing automated reporting, and driving operational effectiveness during a high-growth period for our digital advertising business.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales leadership to track pipeline progress, meeting velocity, and productivity to drive customer activation.
• Utilize SQL (BigQuery) and Salesforce reporting to analyze large datasets related to sales activity and prospective customer behaviors.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Google Looker, Salesforce CRM Analytics, or Tableau to track KPIs and monitor campaign performance.
• Extract and analyze domestic data to generate metrics for site conversion, acting as a Business Analyst for the sales team.
• Create impactful presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness (paid and organic) and recommend improvements based on analytical deep dives.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops within the digital advertising industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and experience developing Salesforce dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with CTV (Connected TV) advertising.
• Familiarity with Python and Sales sequencing tools (Salesloft/Outreach).
• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
