- Upload and publish podcast episodes, VOD content, and short-form clips across streaming platforms.
- Coordinate podcast distribution, publishing workflows, and backend setup for podcast show pages and playlists.
- Collaborate with programming, production, marketing, product, editorial, and sales teams to support content launches.
- Monitor publishing operations and resolve workflow issues to ensure timely content delivery.
- Track podcast performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital media, content operations, production, or a related field.
- Experience as a production assistant or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of the podcast industry and digital content publishing workflows.
- Strong editorial judgment with experience creating short-form video content from long-form media.
