- Own end-to-end participant recruiting for qualitative research studies and playtests, including intake alignment, screening, scheduling, confirmations, attendance tracking, and incentive coordination
- Manage participant communications at scale, ensuring a clear, consistent, and player-friendly experience
- Partner with researchers and operations teams to support screener development, quota management, and recruiting strategies
- Maintain participant databases, participation history, and quality controls to reduce oversampling and participant fatigue
- Coordinate with external recruiting vendors to ensure quality execution and timeline adherence
- 3 years of experience in research operations, participant recruiting, user research, or a related field
- Experience independently managing recruiting logistics across multiple concurrent studies
- Strong understanding of qualitative recruiting, screening, quota management, and participant quality controls
- Experience managing scheduling, communications, and incentive workflows with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required
