Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers including Active Directory Domain Controllers, providing recommendations to secure their configuration
- Develop automation workflows to enhance capabilities and improve customer self-service
- Support the Horizon VDI environment in collaboration with engineering users and application support
- Deploy resources both on-premises and on AWS
- Collaborate with various teams to identify optimization opportunities and enhance system efficiency
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment or equivalent education
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows based environments
- Knowledgeable in virtual desktop environments, especially VMware/OmniVista Horizon
- Ability to script/code with PowerShell and/or Bash
- Experienced in managing vSphere/ESXi environments and familiarity with AWS
