- Drive brand engagement and organic conversation across social platforms through community outreach, influencer engagement, and trend-driven activations
- Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to identify cultural trends, viral moments, and creator opportunities
- Translate social trends and conversations into real-time, brand-right engagement opportunities and content ideas
- Provide weekly social listening insights and competitive trend reporting to the marketing team
- Identify and engage with influencers and creators for reactive outreach opportunities tied to viral moments, milestones, and cultural conversations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand engagement, community management, or related marketing roles
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator culture, and social media trends
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to a distinct brand voice
