- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Escalate project risks, blockers, and resource constraints to production leadership
- Manage team resourcing and help balance project assignments across the design team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of experience as an Associate Producer, Digital Coordinator, Asset Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role within a creative agency, advertising agency, production studio, or in-house creative team
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent note-taking, documentation, and task management abilities
