- Own end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimization.
- Develop and execute integrated print digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints complement print programs.
- Define customer segmentation and campaign targeting strategies, partnering with analytics and operations teams.
- Analyze financial models and forecasts to evaluate ROI and optimize budget allocation.
- Conduct post-campaign performance analysis to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of performance KPIs and customer segmentation.
- Direct experience with email, push, SMS, and direct mail marketing.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with clear communication.
