Warehouse Office Clerk
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (plus overtime and weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Position Summary
Are you an experienced Warehouse Office Clerk or Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in purchase orders, including LANK purchase orders, to support daily warehouse and administrative operations.
This role combines office responsibilities with occasional hands-on warehouse support, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage purchase orders (including LANK purchase orders) with accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and external partners
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to operations
- Prepare reports, shipping documents, and order-related paperwork
- Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies
- Assist with inbound receiving and coordinate delivery appointments
- Maintain and update inventory records within WMS systems
- Support inventory counts, audits, and stock accuracy
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure product flow
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Additional Duties
This is primarily an office-based role, but candidates must be willing to assist on the warehouse floor when needed, including:
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Operating or learning to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Wrapping pallets and organizing inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a warehouse office, administrative, or coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders (LANK PO experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems and become forklift certified
