The Role You Will Play

Desired Background Profile
- Leadership experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing
- (food, pharma, consumer goods, automotive, tobacco—all welcome)
- 5 years leading people, processes, and production outcomes
- Strength in coaching, performance management, safety, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent operational experience)
- Familiarity with production systems, safety protocols, and modern manufacturing tools
