Background Profile
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Expertise in industrial maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems
- 3–5 years of experience with an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance (or 5–7 years with a high school diploma/GED)
- Familiarity with machine tools, welding, and programmable controllers
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and solve practical problems
