We're looking for a hands-on Bilingual Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an active leadership role—not a desk job.
You'll spend approximately 65% of your time on the production floor coaching employees, supporting operations, solving problems, and ensuring productivity and safety. The remaining 35% will focus on administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and employee communication.
This position requires a leader who enjoys working directly with employees, building strong teams, and maintaining a visible presence on the production floor.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Primary Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Must be available to work occasional alternate shifts, including 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, to support off-shift operations and business needs.
- Travel to a second facility in Hamptonville, NC approximately once per week is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for business-related travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Maintain an active presence on the production floor throughout the day.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and production employees.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, workflow, and employee performance.
- Communicate work instructions, operational updates, and safety expectations in both English and Spanish.
- Partner with leadership to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, documentation, and employee relations.
- Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with employees while maintaining accountability and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
- Experience leading hourly employees on the production floor.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing throughout the workday.
- Ability to work throughout an active warehouse and production environment.
