Surg Tech – 13-Week Contract | Hamilton, NY
Payrate: $40/hr
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
Shifts: Daytime hours – no nights, weekends, or major holidays
This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative surgical environment with a balanced schedule and diverse case mix.
Facility Overview:
- 4 Operating Room suites 1 procedure room
- Case mix includes primarily orthopedics, with additional exposure to general surgery, GYN, and spine procedures
Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, instruments, and sterile field
- Support surgeons during cases (STs typically rotate every other case, though some back-to-back assignments may occur)
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification – required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced OR environment
