Delphi Healthcare, a physician-owned and managed organization since 1995, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at Bradford Regional Medical Center in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Position Overview:
Location: Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA)
Annual Volume: 14,000 patient visits
Shifts: 12-hour physician shifts (day and night available)
Schedule: Flexible; full-time or part-time (W2 or 1099 options)
APP Support: On-site advanced practice provider coverage
ICU: None on-site
EMR: Meditech
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages
Evaluate, diagnose, and stabilize acutely ill or injured patients
Perform life-saving interventions when necessary
Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
Follow hospital and departmental protocols to promote high-quality care
Qualifications:
MD or DO, Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience)
Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Commitment to patient-centered care within a community hospital environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: per hour (commensurate with experience)
Malpractice & Tail Coverage: Fully provided
