Position Highlights
- Base salary: up to $358,000 (75% MGMA)
- $50,000 start/relocation bonus
- RVU productivity bonus (paid quarterly, >75% MGMA)
- Established practice: ~120 patient visits/week
- Minimal call: only 2–3 days/month for primary care group after-hours calls
- Supported by two Family Nurse Practitioners
- Occurrence malpractice coverage
- CME allowance, 6 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays
- Premium health & dental insurance, disability policy
- Retirement: NY State pension or 401K option
- Eligible for HHS, DANY, PSLF, and NHSC loan repayment programs
