Minimum Education
Master’s Degree in Nursing or
Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Urology or a related specialty
Required Licensure & Certifications
Vermont licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with national certification or
Vermont licensure as a Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification
Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, as applicable)
Completion of required patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint training per department guidelines
