Emergency Medicine APP – Second Chair Role
$75–$90/hour | 12-Hour Shifts | Rural Upstate NY
Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Department and Urgent Care team in Ogdensburg, New York. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced APP to practice independently in a supportive, physician-led environment without the responsibilities of leading other providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care settings
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Manage acute and urgent cases with confidence and clinical expertise
Participate in emergency procedures, codes, and trauma care under physician supervision
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to care standards
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Current New York State license (PA or NP)
3 years of independent Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience
Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a community-focused setting
