WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team providing dedicated long-term care in a hospice setting on the 7A-7P every other weekend shift. Plus filling in for RTO for full time employees.
This role focuses on end-of-life care, supporting patients with a diagnosis of incurable cancer in a loving, peaceful, and home-like environment. CNAs in this position play a vital role in ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support for both patients and their loved ones during this meaningful stage of life.
The ideal candidate is deeply compassionate and committed to meeting the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of each patient. Requirements
- Able to work 7A-7P every other weekend and ok with PER DIEM scheduling to fill in as needed
- CPR card from the American Heart Association
- Valid CNA cert. from NYS
- 1 year or more of clinical work experience
- physical within a year and PPD second read
- Sick time
- Flex schedule
- Referral bonus
- Additional Palliative Experience
- Pay increase review year
- Employees can expect to receive a completion bonus for completing a 26 week assignment or contract with no Call Offs
