As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records
- Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment
- Current NY State LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
