Job Summary:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional services solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Professional Services Sales organization, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business development activities and fostering strong customer relationships. As a key member of our Services Sales team, you will collaborate with Software Account Executives and Digital Account Executives to drive subscription sales within our Medium Enterprise business. Working alongside our Customer Success team, you will champion customer satisfaction through tailored professional services solutions. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound case requests from customers or the Customer Success organization on behalf of customers
- Facilitate investment requests and route them for appropriate approvals
- Present customer services overviews and other packaged solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Run and conduct services discovery sessions to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Develop cost guidance for requested services using various estimating tools
- Review cost estimates, timelines, and descriptions of services with key leaders in the Professional Services organization, securing appropriate approvals
- Develop and present Statements of Work to customers, negotiating business terms in accordance with company policies and practices
- Present Professional Services Agreements to customers, negotiating legal terms based on company policies and practices
- Participate in virtual customer-facing meetings, focusing on triaging problems and recommending professional services solutions in partnership with the Services Executive team

Experience:
- 7 - 8 years of experience working within a Professional Services organization as an HCM or Financial consultant
- 7 - 8 years of experience working with financial management software applications
- Prior experience working with Salesforce.com or Zimit software applications is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
