Deal Analyst

This is a Hybrid contract position with onsite requirements in Chicago or Atlanta.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contract professional to join our Deal Operations team in either our Chicago or Atlanta office in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting a dynamic Sales organization by assisting with deal strategy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for generating accurate quotes and Order Forms, maintaining operational dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless deal support from initiation through close. This is a 12-month contract engagement with strong potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities including quoting and generating Order Forms

• Partner with Deal Operations to support the Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint

• Ensure accurate pricing across all deal documentation and customer-facing proposals

• Maintain and update operational dashboards to reflect current deal status and metrics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, accurate, and timely deal support

• Review and validate Order Forms for completeness and compliance with pricing guidelines

• Support the full Quote to Cash lifecycle as needed

Skills

• Knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experience

• Understanding of general software pricing models, with knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models a strong plus

• Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class deal support

• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail

• Strong team player with experience working across functions to deliver customer and prospect-facing proposals

• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) preferred; experience with other CRM platforms acceptable

• General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience

• Prior experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations preferred

• Background in supporting sales teams within a SaaS or technology environment is a plus

• Experience working with CRM platforms in a deal support or operations capacity

Salary : $37 - $42
