Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Change Management Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Adoption organization. In this high-visibility role, you will lead end-to-end organizational change management for a flagship payroll optimization initiative for our Singapore employees. This US based role will serve as the critical bridge between technical design and human adoption. You will partner with global stakeholders across Finance, HR, and local payroll teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and empowering transition to modernized payroll processes for Workmates across the region. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management activities from initial analysis through adoption measurement, including owning the change strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication streams, and training framework
Partner closely with initiative leaders, Finance, HR, and local payroll experts to conduct meticulous impact analyses and translate complex system and regulatory changes into clear, actionable impact maps
Craft engaging and transparent communications and stakeholder strategies that keep regional Workmates and leaders informed, aligned, and enthusiastic about incoming changes
Conduct training needs analyses and design role-based learning content to enable managers, employees, and payroll administrators to confidently navigate new tools and workflows
Create high-quality change artifacts, present concepts to diverse audiences, facilitate workshops, and champion user feedback to continually refine adoption plans
Leverage modern digital and AI tools to accelerate execution speed and enhance content creation across all change deliverables
Skills
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of executing multiple change plans independently in fast-paced environments
Proven experience leveraging modern technical tools, including AI enablers, to drive execution and content development
Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets or equivalent platforms
Functional understanding of payroll operations, processes, and country-specific compliance guidelines, with Singapore labor regulations, CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to produce clear, intuitive technical writing, including step-by-step guides and learning assets derived from dense operational policies
Skill in designing executive-level visual presentations that illustrate change journeys, timelines, and adoption metrics
Proactive, adaptable problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback
Proficiency in or willingness to quickly master collaboration tools including Zoom Events, Confluence, Slack, and Miro
Experience
5 or more years of verified experience leading organizational change management initiatives for complex, technical, or enterprise-wide projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP
