What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Work Now Staffing?
Work Now Staffing is looking to hire an Warehouse Supervisor for our York, PA client.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd - 7:00pm to 7:00am - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and rotating Saturdays. Training will be on day shift and once trained you will be assigned to the 12 hour pm shift working 3 days on one week and 4 days on the following week.
Job Summary:
- Managing production floor
- Experience managing 15 production workers per shift
- Quality control
- Troubleshooting production equipment
- Experience with Co-Mail machines are a plus
- Previous experience working with Commingle machines and/or prior work history in a mailing environment is required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Must be flexible working on other shifts for coverage
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
