Work Now Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an energetic motivated Account Manager/ Staffing Sales to work in our St. Charles market.
Pay: Base pay starting at $55,000 depending on experience, plus commission. Additionally, you will receive car/cellphone allowances, and benefits.
Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in the recruiting industry along with specific experience in the staffing field is a plus
- Experience in sales for a Staffing Agency is a plus
- Need to be a great sales professional, self-starter and a closer
- Assertive or goal-oriented
- Positive, high energy and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Drive and passion to excel in sales
- Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient use of recruiting software, preferably Avionte Bold
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily business development client visits and proposals
- Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Assist with marketing campaigns to generate new business
- Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity
- The desire to work in a team-focused environment
- A genuine interest in learning about client organizations and providing quality solutions
- The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results
- Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members
- Interact professionally with others
- Perform other duties as assigned
