Pay: $65,000 based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Saint Charles, IL Must be local to apply

Staffing/Selling Branch Manager Description and Qualifications:

- Recruiting/Hiring & Staffing Experience: A solid background in the staffing industry, especially in a temporary labor market.
- Management Experience: At least 5 years in a staffing environment, leading teams to excellence.
- Communication Skills: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure top-tier service, sales, and professionalism for clients and team members.
- Candidate Identification: Utilize various methods like job postings, resume searches, and networking to find top talent.
- Client Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and efficient filling of client orders.
- Applicant Process Management: Oversee the applicant process and follow up with clients regularly.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
- Performance Standards: Ensure staff meets and exceeds performance benchmarks.
Staffing Branch Manager Desired Experience:
- Staffing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in staffing, with experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus, but not required.
