Job Duties
- Create and update folders, projects and task in the project management software to reflect timelines and responsibilities
- Participate in project management and process efficiencies meetings, taking notes and updating systems to reflect changes
- Provide project support through use of technological tools (such as Wrike)
- Escalate at-risk and overdue projects to managers and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain internal department relationships to achieve desired project outcomes
- Serve as a communications liaison between the Talent Management and other internal departments and key personnel
- Review, approve, and code Talent Management invoices
- Oversee the Talent Management SharePoint site. Collect and upload resources as needed, requested
- Provide general support to Talent Engagement and Development Manager and Talent Management team
- Create and support the creation of department processes and SOPs
- Remote and/or hybrid and/or office working environment
- Sitting frequently
- Carrying/ Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds occasionally
- 2 – 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar role
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple individuals and projects
- Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of technology and software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with impressive leadership traits
- Experience with project management tools, data asset management software, and Microsoft Office products
- Proactive, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
