Responsibilities
Warranty Support & Processing
- Assist in preparing and submitting Ford warranty and policy claims
- Review repair orders for completeness (labor ops, causal parts, CCC) under supervision
- Enter claim data accurately into Ford and DMS systems
- Track claim statuses and report rejections to the Warranty Manager
Documentation & Organization
- Scan, upload, and maintain warranty documentation
- Ensure repair orders are properly closed and filed
- Assist with organizing records for Ford warranty audits
Internal Coordination
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to obtain missing or corrected documentation
- Learn proper Ford warranty coding and documentation standards
Learning & Development
- Complete Ford-required training related to warranty processing
- Build proficiency in Ford systems (OASIS, FMCDealer) and dealership DMS
Qualifications
- Dealership experience preferred (service advisor, parts, cashier, or accounting)
- Basic understanding of automotive repair orders and labor operations preferred
- Administrative or accounting background
- Highly organized, tidy, methodical and analytical
- Efficiency using Microsoft Suite Programs such as: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
