Position: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support nurses with medical procedures such as wound care and catheterization
- Administer medications as directed by a nurse
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
Requirements:
- STNA certification in Ohio
- Experience working with behavioral health patients is preferred
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Ability to perform gastric lavage and airway management procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
