Housekeeper
Woodside Senior Living is located in Bedford Ohio
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of residents rooms, public areas, offices and bathrooms. Duties may include sweeping, vacuuming, polishing furnishings, cleaning hallways and emptying wastebaskets. Cleans windows and doors; spot cleans between washing and disinfects when necessary. Also, responsible for laundry services to the residents. Ensures that apartments are clean, comfortable and maintained in an attractive manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write and follow verbal and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and make decisions
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials and general public.
- Must have compassion for, and desire to work with, the elderly and understand their needs
- Previous assisted living experience preferred
- Must meet all state health requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
