Position Profile:
The Custodial Shift Lead serves as a key member of the Troy Campus Facilities team. This role provides hands-on leadership to custodial team members, ensuring daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Working under the direction of the Custodial Manager and Custodial Team Leads, the Shift Lead helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all who use the facility. This position requires availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, as needed.

Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Possesses leadership skills.
- Two (2) years prior custodial experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews daily facility schedule and assigns cleaning responsibilities in coordination with event needs.
- Provides hands-on leadership during shifts, assisting with cleaning tasks as needed.
- Ensures thorough cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, lobbies, Worship Center, and hallways.
- Verifies and signs off on completed tasks to maintain quality standards.
- Sets up and resets rooms, moving furniture to match required layouts.
- Performs routine cleaning duties, including:
- Vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and surface disinfecting.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
- Mopping floors and replenishing supplies.
- Assists in the care and upkeep of custodial equipment under guidance from the Custodial Team Lead.
