We are hiring for a Clinician in Van Wert, OH for Woodlands Grove Recovery Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload assigned to you by Clinical Director or designee.
- Counsel clients individually to help them cope with social difficulties, improve mental health, develop positive skills, or work on past issues which assist in recovery and resolve substance abuse issues.
- Complete person-centered treatment plans, reviews, and crisis evaluations.
- Conduct therapeutic family counseling sessions.
- Facilitate therapeutic process group sessions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with that of treatment goals.
- Identify and evaluate situations which may be potentially harmful to the client.
- Record professional and accurate documentation of all contacts within a timely manner.
- Work as a team with other departments to ensure quality of care.
- Report any clinical concerns to the Clinical Director or Executive Director.
- Always follow the organization's policies and procedures.
- Complete all CEUs or other license requirements as applicable and provide evidence of such to Human Resources for filing in personnel file. Counselors are responsible for keeping their licensure active and up to date.
- Perform any administrative related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in all supervision, training, and staff meetings as required; this will include Health and Safety training and drills.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor within scope of practice.
Salary : $61,000 - $70,000
