Description:
We are seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinician to join our growing ABA therapy team!
This position offers the best of both worlds, flexibility to work remotely while maintaining meaningful in-person connections with clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the quality of services rendered at the branch by RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs
- Addresses parent/guardian concerns in a professional, respectful, and forward-thinking
- manner
- Delivers a minimum of 29-hours per week of billable services and maintains personal
- caseload
- Provides general and specific training and supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs
- Works with the Clinical Director to provide input for BCBA evaluations
- Ensures completion of RBT competency assessments
- Monitors completion and tracking of RBT CEUs
- Responsible for continued competence and professional growth of RBTs through staff
- trainings
- Oversee tracking of supervision hours to ensure RBTs meet the requirements of the
- BACB.
- Confirms RBT assessor log is complete and current
- Builds and maintains positive family/caregiver relationships by actively communicating
- as needed while an active member of parent chat spaces
- Identifies opportunities and growth throughout the client’s experience by reviewing
- progress and promoting a collaborative approach
- Coordinates client care between stakeholders, therapy and educational services, and
- community programs including Branch Manager and Clinical Director
- Seeks advice, support, and collaboration from the Clinical Director
- Provides supervision and completes cohorts as primary supervisor for supervision
- students within clinic
- Assist with Initial Assessments as caseload allows
Competency Areas:

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Certified and maintained credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA in good standing
Holds and maintains applicable Ohio state-level license for practicing as a BCBAs in good standing
Meets and maintains BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) requirements
Must have experience performing or assisting in the following BCBA responsibilities: conducting skills assessment (i.e., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK), conducting functional behavior assessments and/or functional analyses, program development, data analysis, supportive behavioral skills training, family training, and creating behavior intervention plans.
