This is a full-time on-site role for a dedicated Clinician at our Van Wert, OH location. The Clinician will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions. Additional responsibilities include facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, maintaining detailed and accurate patient documentation, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and successful patient outcomes.
- Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions
- Expertise in individual and group therapy, crisis management, and patient advocacy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and mental health or substance use counseling
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional ethics
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)
- Valid and current state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
- Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health is highly preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation
