Occupational Therapist / Per Diem
The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and meaningful participation in life activities. The OT works collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote functional independence, safety, and overall well-being. The Occupational Therapist is an onsite position.

Essential Functions
- Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities using standardized assessments and clinical observations to determine functional needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice.
- Implement therapeutic interventions that improve functional performance in areas such as self-care, mobility, work, and leisure activities.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, home programs, and use of assistive or adaptive equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of services.
- Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
- Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary.
