What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Trainer position at Wood County Hospital?
Job Duties:
- Delivers direct patient care including sports medicine evaluations, treatment planning and home exercise programs that are age and diagnosis appropriate.
- Evaluates progress, adjusts treatment approach as necessary and completes all documentation timely.
- Keeps accurate records of athletes with injuries and demonstrates appropriate care and communication between athletes, coaches and parents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ohio Licensure
- National Certification
