Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The BCBA will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation and records. BCBA Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans based on diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments
• Conduct patient assessments, including intake procedures, to determine individual needs and goals
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress using precise data collection methods
• Provide behavioral therapy tailored to clients with autism, disabilities, or other developmental challenges
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Educate families and staff on strategies for behavior management and skill development
• Participate in ongoing training related to special education, medical terminology, and current best practices in behavioral health
  
  
  

BCBA Experience

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting diagnostic evaluations, assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs
• Familiarity with medical documentation, patient care, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress effectively
• Prior experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, medical professionals, and families

Pay: $100.00 - $135.00 per hour
