Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, aligning with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Conduct assessments, observations, and data analysis to identify areas of strength and need for children
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that align with the child's goals and needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress
- Develop and implement skills training programs for parents and caregivers to promote generalization and maintenance of skills
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families
