Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals who are passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential. As a BCBA at Wonder Star ABA, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, and provide support to families every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, aligning with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data analysis to identify areas of strength and need for children
• Provide direct ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that align with the child's goals and needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress
• Develop and implement skills training programs for parents and caregivers to promote generalization and maintenance of skills
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and applications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
