As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Wonder Star ABA, you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- COBA In the state of OHIO
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
- Pay Range: $60 - $85/hour
- Full-Time: XX hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
